Our Process
Consultation
We seek to understand your needs, preferences and budget. An on-site visit can also be arranged for us to determine any building or layout limitations.
Kickoff
We’ll assign a project manager to you – he or she will coordinate the entire project design and implementation process. A single point of communication means less hassle and total accountability for you.
Service & Installation
Our team of technicians and engineers get to work, and you are updated regularly on project milestones and progress.
Handover & After-Sales
Once the project is completed, we’ll provide you with a training session on the operations and controls of your new systems. We’ll also render any assistance required thereafter under our after-sales care plan.
