Job Description

• Manage and Execute Assigned Projects
• Supervise Project Deliverables with regards to Site Co-ordination and installation of Security Products ( Home Automation, Security, CCTV, Audio/Video Intercom System, Access Control, etc)
• Certify Work Done by Sub-Contractors and Delivery of Materials by Suppliers and Follow-up with Clients on Monthly Collections
• Documentation of all Key Activities (Hand Over Dates, etc) in accordance with Contract Conditions and to Company's Procedures
• Review and Provide Feedback on Project Plans and Schedules
• Conduct Quarterly Preventive Maintenance for Maintenance Contracts
• Response to Corrective Maintenance

Job Description

• Assist the Management to meet the budget for the Sales / Service Department.
• Manage assigned tasks and execute projects with a view to prompt completion and maintain high standards of work.
• Project and present a high level of customer service in the discharge of service jobs.
• Acquire relevant product knowledge and market information pertaining to the range of products represented.
• Co-ordinate job-site progress meeting with contractors and to ensure compliance to work schedules.
• Prepare accurate costing estimates for every project undertaken and ensure compliance to budgets set.
• Ensure that quantities of goods are as per Purchase Order and to report all damages / shortages to the Management for immediate action.
